Hills Raiders Basketball Association is moving forward with a new management structure to deliver a sustainable and inclusive basketball community and competition. This was endorsed by Clubs with HRBA’s update of its Constitution (Rules) last year and we are now progressing through the establishment of the new model which will see HRBA direction set by an elected Board and delivery of operational aspects by key employees supported by dedicated volunteers.

HRBA are calling for expressions of interest to become a Board member from across our basketball community. If you are keen to contribute to the next phase of HRBA and basketball in the Mundaring Hills please consider nominating. A robust Board requires a broad range of skills across its membership, and diversity on a Board only benefits the organisation and as such our wider basketball community. Please find attached the nomination form. The form does require an Affliate Club to sponsor all nominations, if you are keen to submit and EOI please email Neridah at president@panthersbasketball.com.au.

Panthers Basketball Club has applied to be an Affiliate Club Member. Under the new HRBA Constitution, voting rights are dependent on the category of membership and is not automatically conferred with Club membership.

Please click here to have a look at the HRBA Constitution for more information - particularly sections 7-14 - on the new membership categories or visit the HRBA website to read about the interim Board and the new operational structure.

If you have any queries with regards to the HRBA Board Member EOI please email HRBA at treasurer@hillsraiders.com.au
